We coordinated specialized subcontractors and expertly handled contaminants, including asbestos, mercury, PCBs, and ozone-depleting substances (ODS), ensuring a safe and compliant site closure from start to finish.

Scope of Work
The Anthem Prudential Demolition project encompassed extensive building demolition, hazardous material abatement, and detailed site remediation activities. Sublatus was responsible for coordinating the safe removal and disposal of contaminants, including regulated hazardous substances, while maintaining full regulatory compliance. The scope also included managing evolving project requirements and scope additions, ensuring all demolition and remediation operations were executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with environmental standards.
Our Approach
To complete this complex project, our team secured all necessary demolition and disposal permits and engaged qualified abatement specialists to remove hazardous substances safely. We systematically demolished site structures, coordinated the recycling of steel and concrete, and also managed extensive excavation and disposal of impacted soils and debris.
The Results
Despite the challenges faced, the project was completed safely, within budget, and precisely on schedule, even with an additional scope that was introduced partway through. We successfully processed and recycled thousands of tonnes of materials and restored the site using clean backfill, leaving it safe and ready for future use.
